Project deliverables, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a proposal or contract before production begins.
You are responsible for rights to materials you provide, including music, logos, and third-party footage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting a contact form, or engaging Harland Productions for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not request services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Services
Harland Productions provides professional audiovisual and creative media services, including video production, live and hybrid event coverage, virtual event production, audio engineering, motion graphics, graphics design, equipment support, and related technical services.
Marketing descriptions on this website are general in nature. Binding commitments arise only through a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract that both parties approve.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or content.
- Do not reproduce site content for commercial use without prior written permission.
- We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and assets required for production.
- Confirm you hold rights to supplied content, including talent releases where applicable.
- Ensure venue, talent, and location access as agreed in the project scope.

Intellectual property
Harland Productions retains ownership of pre-existing materials, equipment, workflows, templates, and proprietary know-how used to deliver services.
Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in the project agreement for final deliverables. Raw project files, alternate cuts, or source elements may be licensed separately if not included in scope.
Unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
Payment & cancellation
Deposits may be required to reserve crew, equipment, and production dates. Late payment may delay delivery or pause active work until the account is current.
Cancellations and reschedules must be submitted in writing. Fees for work already performed, non-refundable bookings, travel, and third-party costs may still apply as outlined in your agreement.
Refund eligibility, if any, is defined in the signed project documents—not by general website copy alone.
Warranties & disclaimers
We perform services with professional care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services and this website are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, network outages, or actions of third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harland Productions and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Total liability for any claim relating to a specific project is limited to the amount paid for that project under the applicable agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Alaska unless applicable law requires a different forum.
